Pam’s journey with Property Management of Virginia (PMV) began in 1990, when she stepped into the role of leasing agent and office manager under the company’s previous ownership. As her expertise in real estate management deepened, Pam took on greater responsibilities—eventually becoming co-broker and part-owner. During her leadership, PMV experienced unprecedented growth, with the number of units under her care more than doubling.
Today, Pam stands as the sole proprietor and principal broker of PMV, guiding the company with vision, dedication, and the seasoned insight earned over decades of hands-on experience.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in real estate management and sales, Eric now leads as our Leasing Manager, overseeing the full onboarding process for new owners and properties. His responsibilities span marketing, leasing, inspections, and project development, all executed with precision and professionalism.
What sets Eric apart is his creative mindset. He works closely with property owners to craft strategic plans tailored to their investment goals, helping them unlock the full potential of their properties. Eric is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager, as well as a Certified Apartment Manager—bringing industry credentials and innovation together for powerful results.
